The following changes can be made:

  1. Amending the Companies name or address;
  2. Amending Director Details / Adding Directors or Removing Directors;
  3. Changing the financial year end of an entity

Description

LEAD TIME FOR AMENDMENT

Usually 7 Business Days from receipt of all the requested documentation and provided no additional documentation is requested by CIPC.

REQUIREMENTS

Name Change, Amending Directors, Adding and Removing, Financial Year end Change

  • Confirmation notice of the approved name reservation – CoR9.4;
  • The original, dated and written resolution adopted at a shareholders meeting
  • Certified identity copy of signatory (active director/company secretary as per CIPC Documentation)
  • Special Power of attorney (where required)

DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTATION

All final and original documentation is issued by CIPC in electronic format.  Following completion, all final and original documents are emailed to the client.
